The 350 ml teapot and six small cups make a great combination for a shared tea gathering. You can divide each brew into several smaller portions, and for teas suited to multiple infusions, simply prepare the next brew as you go.

The coarse strainer is integrated directly into the spout and catches larger loose-leaf tea leaves as you pour. It's not a separate removable strainer — the tea leaves have plenty of room to fully unfurl inside the teapot during steeping.

Our tip – how to brew multiple infusions

Once the steeping time is up, pour out the entire brew from the teapot so the tea leaves don't remain submerged in water. Then pour fresh water at the appropriate temperature for your type of tea back over the leaves.

With each subsequent infusion, pay attention to the flavor and adjust the steeping time as needed. Some loose-leaf teas can be brewed multiple times, and each infusion can bring a slightly different flavor profile.

Care instructions

• Rinse the teapot with warm water after each use
• Wash the cups with a mild dish soap
• Wipe the lacquered bamboo tray with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly afterwards
• Do not leave the bamboo tray submerged in water for extended periods and do not put it in the dishwasher.
