Our tip – how to brew loose leaf tea with a removable strainer

Place the appropriate amount of loose leaf tea into the removable strainer, adjusting the quantity to the type of tea and the amount of water you're preparing. Insert the strainer into the teapot, pour in water at the temperature recommended for that particular tea, and let it steep for the recommended time.

Once the tea is ready, remove the strainer along with the tea leaves from the pot. This stops the steeping process, and the brewed tea can remain in the pot without continuing to strengthen. Then gradually pour it into the small cups.

If the tea you're using is suitable for multiple infusions, you can place the strainer with the leaves back into the teapot later and brew another infusion with fresh water. For each subsequent infusion, follow the characteristics of the specific tea and adjust the steeping time to your taste.
