The MVP 460 hookah is milled from a solid piece of stainless steel, which helps for better stability. The hookah won't just topple over even with careless handling. In addition to the glass base, the hookah also comes with a silicone soft touch hose, which has a very pleasant feel. The downstem (bottom tube) is fitted with an adjustable diffuser to soften the draw and reduce the gurgling. The black hose fits with a black aluminium mouthpiece. And on top of the hookah is a deep, classic ceramic bowl.

The Gastro version features a tray threaded tightly to the rest of the stem.
