Product description Japanese Incense Sticks Nippon Koh Tokusei Byakudan
Nippon Koh Tokusei Byakudan Japanese Incense Sticks are part of the premium collection of traditional incense sticks by Nippon Kodo, distinguished by the use of the finest aromatic ingredients and resins.
These sticks contain carefully selected Indian sandalwood, prized for its rich, warm aroma with a gentle sweetness and smooth woody notes. Sandalwood has been used by monks in Hindu and Buddhist temples for thousands of years during meditation, prayer, and spiritual ceremonies. Also worth noting is their unusually compact size – measuring just 5.5 cm, yet each stick burns for approximately 13 minutes, gradually releasing a refined sandalwood fragrance. The sticks come in elegant packaging of 24 pieces, complete with a small metal holder.

Nippon Kodo – over 400 years of Japanese fragrance tradition
Nippon Kodo is one of the most prominent and respected incense manufacturers in the world. Its story began over 400 years ago, when master perfumers crafted aromatic compositions for the Japanese imperial court. Deep knowledge of rare woods, herbs, and natural aromatic materials has been passed down from generation to generation, forming the foundation of everything Nippon Kodo creates to this day. Every stick carries a piece of that tradition – precise craftsmanship, finely balanced fragrances, and a distinctly Japanese sensitivity for harmony and detail.
