Delivery Methods in the Czech Republic

We offer several delivery methods. Whichever method you choose, you can always track the status of your order by logging into your account in our e-shops.

Personal Pick-Up

• Designed for all types of users.
• You can pick up the goods personally in our brick-and-mortar shop in Brno. Information about the dispensing point can be found here.
• The order must be paid in advance. Payment on the spot is not possible.
• Once your order is ready for the pick-up, you will receive an email confirmation after which the goods will be available for collection for 7 days. If you do not pick up the goods within this period, or arrange another pick-up date, your order will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: if you choose the personal pick-up method, always wait until you receive the confirmation of pick-up by e-mail to avoid the situation that you come to pick up the goods that are not ready for collection! Thank you for your understanding.

Transport for Business Partners

When completing your order in step "2 - Shipping and Payment" you have the option to select the B2B shipping method you want to use to ship your order.

However, the actual shipping costs cannot be determined at the time the order is placed. The shipping cost is charged according to the current price list additionally according to the number of packages.

DPD Private Service for Business Partners

• This service is intended exclusively for business partners.
• The maximum weight of one package is 30 kg.
• The parcel will be delivered by DPD within the second working day from the date of dispatch (no guarantee), during normal working hours to the delivery address you provide.
• If the parcel is not delivered, the parcel will be subsequently stored at the nearest DPD depot. Delivery is attempted a maximum of 3 times. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel is returned as undeliverable.
• At the time of shipment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of the shipment, including the package's delivery number. You can then track the shipment in DPD's online system.
• Shipment sent by DPD can be paid by cash on delivery or prepaid before shipment by bank transfer. In case of prepayment, we will send the shipment immediately after receiving your payment to our account.
• Before accepting a parcel from a DPD courier, always carefully check the parcel for damaged packaging or other obvious damage. In case of obvious damage, do not accept the parcel or take it over, insist on writing a damage report immediately and inform us immediately! If internal damage to the contents of the parcel is detected, it is necessary to take photo documentation of the damage, fill in the Damage Report (within 2 working days of receipt of the parcel + attach photos of the claimed parcel) and inform us immediately!

• The shipping price is always charged additionally according to the number of packages.
• The price of transport and delivery fee is charged for each package separately (e.g. 2 packages = 2 x 99,- + 2 x 33,06 CZK excluding VAT).
• In the case of COD shipments, the total value of the whole shipment (order) is limited up to the amount of 50 000 CZK incl. VAT. In the case of ordering over the limited amount, it is necessary to pay online by credit card or bank transfer, other payment options are not acceptable.
• In the case of advance payment, please always make payment on the basis of the advance invoice, not immediately after the order. The advance invoice will be sent to you by email within the second working day of receipt of your order and will include the details required for payment (account number, variable symbol, amount, etc.).
• Difficult-to-pack goods (e.g. fragile, inconsistent or bulky) may be divided into several packages even if the total weight of the whole consignment does not exceed the maximum transport weight of one package specified by the carrier. In such a case, the transport price will be charged separately for each package.
• In the case of multiple orders sent to one delivery address, the goods are packed and shipped cumulatively in as few packages as possible.

PPL Courier

• This service is intended exclusively for business partners.
• Maximum weight of one package is 30 kg.
• The parcel will be delivered by the shipping company PPL within the second working day from the date of dispatch, during normal working hours to the delivery address you specify.
• If the parcel is not delivered, the parcel will be subsequently stored at the nearest PPL depot. Delivery is attempted a maximum of 3 times. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel is returned as undeliverable.
• At the time of shipment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of the shipment, including the package's delivery number. You can then track the shipment in PPL's online system.
• Shipment sent by PPL can be paid by cash on delivery or prepaid before shipment by bank transfer. In case of prepayment, we will send the shipment immediately after receiving your payment to our account.
• Always check the condition of the packaging carefully when receiving the parcel, if the parcel shows any signs of damage or opening, do not accept the parcel and it will be returned to you, or accept the parcel, carefully check the contents of the parcel and report the damage by phone within three days to the nearest PPL depot, which will initiate a claim procedure for the damaged parcel.

Transportation of bulky and oversized goods to business partners

• The maximum weight of the transport unit is individual and depends on the type of service.
• In case of ordering larger quantities of goods or oversized goods (e.g. furniture, statues,...) it is possible to use pallet or individual transport. The price of transport is calculated individually based on the current prices of the carrier and the size of the shipment - we always find the cheapest option for transporting your shipment. The price for the shipment will be quoted in the advance invoice.
• Shipments sent by individual shipment can only be paid in advance, according to the details on the advance invoice. We will send the shipment after receiving your payment to our account.
• Always check the condition of the parcel carefully when you receive it, if the parcel shows any signs of damage or opening, contact us immediately.

Transport for End Customers

DPD Private Service

• This service is intended exclusively for end customers whose order does not contain goods with the (18+) flag. This is the marking of goods which, according to Act No. 379/2005 Coll., on measures against damage caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive substances, may not be sold to persons under 18 years of age.
• The parcel will be delivered by DPD within the second working day from the date of dispatch (no guarantee), during normal working hours to the delivery address you provide.
• If the parcel is not delivered, the parcel will be subsequently stored at the nearest DPD depot. Delivery is attempted a maximum of 3 times. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel is returned as undeliverable.
• At the time of dispatch, you are informed by e-mail (including the package's delivery number) that the parcel has been received by a courier. You can then track the shipment in DPD's online system.
• Interactive communication with the courier - On the day of delivery, the recipient receives an interactive SMS or e-mail with a 3-hour delivery time. If the recipient is not happy with the delivery time, they can simply change it by replying to the SMS or email.
• Shipment sent by DPD can be paid by cash on delivery or prepaid before shipment by bank transfer, via eKonto, or by credit card using the GP webpay payment gateway. In case of prepayment, we will send the shipment immediately after receiving your payment to our account.
• Before accepting a parcel from a DPD courier, always carefully check the parcel for damaged packaging or other obvious damage. DPD Private 18+ Service

• This service is intended exclusively for end customers whose order may contain goods with the flag (18+). This is the marking of goods which, according to Act No. 379/2005 Coll., on measures against damage caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive substances, may not be sold to persons under 18 years of age.
• The parcel will be delivered by DPD within the second working day from the date of dispatch (no guarantee), during normal working hours to the delivery address you provide.
• If the parcel is not delivered, the parcel will be subsequently stored at the nearest DPD depot. Delivery is attempted a maximum of 3 times. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel is returned as undeliverable.
• At the time of dispatch, you are informed by e-mail (including the package's delivery number) that the parcel has been received by a courier. You can then track the shipment in DPD's online system.

• If the delivery driver does not reach you at the above address, the parcel will be stored at the post office for 6 days; in case of non-delivery, the Czech Post will always leave a Deposit Notice in your mailbox.
• Shipment sent by Czech Post can be paid by cash on delivery or prepaid before shipment by bank transfer, via eKonto, or by credit card using the GP webpay payment gateway. In case of prepayment, we will send the shipment immediately after receiving your payment to our account.
• Always check the condition of the packaging carefully when receiving the parcel, if the parcel shows any signs of damage or opening, do not accept the parcel under any circumstances.

• You do not pay the price for shipping if your order will be over 2.500,- CZK including VAT and will be shipped in one package. If the shipment is divided into several packages, the shipping price is charged for each package separately from the second package.

Zásilkovna

• This service is intended exclusively for end customers when the shipment meets the parameters specified by the carrier.

Allowed parameters:
Number of packages in the shipment: 1 piece.
Maximum weight of the consignment: up to 5 kg.
Maximum value of shipment: up to 20.000 CZK.
Maximum dimensions of the consignment: sum of 3 sides max. 120 cm (e.g. 50x40x30 cm), length of one side max. 70 cm.

• If the parcel does not meet the above parameters, it cannot be delivered using the Zásilkovna service. In this case, the shop operator reserves the right to change the delivery method and charge the price of transport according to the valid price list of the alternative service, which is the Czech Post - Parcel in Hand.
• The order can contain any goods (with or without the 18+ flag). This is the marking of goods which, according to Act No. 379/2005 Coll., on measures against damage caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive substances, may not be sold to persons under 18 years of age.
• The shipment will be delivered to the Z-point dispatch point of your choice via Zásilkovna service usually within three working days from the date of handing over the shipment to the carrier (without guarantee).
• Once we enter the shipment information into the zasilkovna.cz system, an automatic e-mail is sent to you informing you of the possibility to track the shipment online, extend its storage time, etc.
• You can track your shipment at https://tracking.packeta.com/en/tracking/search.
• Once the shipment is ready at the selected drop-off location, you will receive a second email with detailed information on where and when you can pick up the shipment. You will also receive a confirmation SMS. In both the email and the SMS you will also find the password that will be used to issue the parcel to you - the parcel is stored at the drop-off point for 7 calendar days.
• Shipment sent via Zásilkovna service can be paid by cash on delivery (Important note - only cash can be paid at the delivery points - no card payment is possible) or prepaid before the shipment by bank transfer, eKonto, or by credit card using the GP webpay payment gateway. In case of prepayment, we will send the shipment immediately after receiving your payment to our account.
• Always inspect the parcel properly when taking delivery of the goods. If the packaging is obviously damaged, do not accept the shipment, immediately notify the point of sale operator of the problem and insist on the execution of a Damage Report. If, despite the undamaged packaging, you discover damage to the goods at home, please contact us immediately and within 2 working days of receipt of the parcel.

• Goods weighing over 5 kg or difficult to pack goods (e.g. fragile or bulky) are not sent by this method of transport. We will be happy to send you the goods by Czech Post - Parcel in hand. In this case, the terms and conditions and the price for the delivery are governed and charged as for the delivery by the Czech Post - Parcel in Hand service.
• You do not pay the price for shipping if your order will be over 2.500,- CZK including VAT and will be shipped in one package.

Transportation of Bulky and Oversized Goods to End Customers

• The maximum weight of the transport unit is individual and depends on the type of service.
