How to use incense sticks?

Light the tip of the stick and let it burn for a moment.
Gently extinguish the flame with a soft wave of your hand and let the fragrance flow freely through the space.
Place the stick in a dedicated incense holder to catch the ash.
Once it has finished burning, briefly ventilate the room.
