G.R. Incense: Indian tradition with a modern reach
Behind the G.R. Incense brand is the Indian company Sandesh Agarbathi Co. from Bangalore, whose story began in 1970. Founder D. N. P. Guptha started out with a small home operation - experimenting with fragrance blends and teaching local residents the traditional art of hand-rolling incense sticks. From these humble beginnings, a skilled and respected manufacturer gradually emerged, with its own fragrance development, modern production facilities, and international reach. Today, the G.R. brand offers a wide range of both traditional and contemporary scents, and with every stick, it passes on a piece of authentic Indian craftsmanship - made with care and respect for both tradition and the customer.
