Withdrawal from the contract by the consumer

If the purchase contract was concluded using a means of distance communication (e.g. e-mail, internet, telephone, fax, etc.), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason and without any penalty. In this case, the consumer shall contact the seller and state in writing that he/she is withdrawing from the purchase contract, stating his/her name and surname, order number and account number for the refund.
