Product description Chinese Tea Dark Pu Erh 50 g
A tea with a very dark brew and harsh taste, usually produced in Yunnan province from the large-leaved shrubs of the ancient Ta-jie variety. The first references to this tea as we know it today date back to the 15th century. It is particularly valued for its positive effects on human health. It is particularly helpful in digestive disorders, reducing excess weight. It has a positive effect on the amount of cholesterol in the blood. It is also said to be a very good prevention against cancer. Apart from its positive health effects, the tea also has a strong stimulating effect. Nowadays, it is often referred to as a "fat burner"

Recommended preparation of tea in a 0.6L teapot:
- Into the teapot, pour 1 - 1.5 tablespoons of tea so that the bottom is roughly covered
- fill with boiled water at 90°C
- leave to infuse for approximately 3 - 5 minutes (or more) depending on your taste
Preparation note: the times given are approximate and it is a good idea, for example, to sip a little tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and possibly strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. The tea should be to your liking, and if you prefer stronger teas, for example, use more leaves or extend the steeping time. Don't be afraid to experiment with the tea, it's the only way to discover the flavours that suit you best.
