Product description Chinese Semi-green Tea Shui Hsien - Water Fairy 50 g

Chinese semi-green (oolong) tea. It is grown in the Fujian province of China. The leaves are wrapped in flat strips and are dark brown in colour. It is one of the more oxidised oolongs with an orchid-like flavour and aroma. The colour of the brine is bright brown.
Recommended preparation of 0.5 litre of tea:
first infusion - pour 6 g of tea in about 90°C boiled water for 4 minutes, then strain.
second infusion - pour in about 97°C boiled water for 4 minutes, then strain.
