Rooibos - herbal tea made from the bark of the Aspalathus linearis tree. Rooibos does not contain caffeine, is sweetish pleasant taste. It can be sipped flavored with milk and honey or plain.

The tea is stored in a container that prevents access to air, light and moisture. The tea in the jar remains protected from the elements so that it does not degrade, such as becoming damp, wilted or weathered.

Recommended preparation of tea in a 0.6L teapot:

• Into the teapot, pour 1 - 1.5 tablespoons of tea so that the bottom is roughly covered
• fill with boiled water at 90°C
• leave to infuse for approximately 3 - 5 minutes (or more) depending on your taste

 Note on preparation: the times given are approximate and it is a good idea, for example, to sip a little tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and, if necessary, strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. The tea should be to your liking, and if you prefer stronger teas, for example, use more leaves or extend the steeping time. Don't be afraid to experiment with the tea, it's the only way to discover the flavors that suit you best.
