Flowering tea delights not only with its taste and aroma, but also with its appearance. Hand-tied petals of high-quality white Chinese tea are combined with the flower of the plant, most often in the shape of a tiny ball. Originally produced in the Yunnan province near the borders of Laos and Vietnam, these teas are now produced in other areas of China due to their growing popularity in the US and Europe.

One tea flower makes about 1–1.5 litres of drink.
Tip: After making three infusions of tea, you can put the unfurled flower into a decanter of cold water and use it as an original decoration.

Ingredients: genuine white tea, flowers

Preparation of 0.5 l tea:
Pour one piece of tea with water at a temperature of 70–80 °C and add hot water continuously to taste.
