Product description Japanese Green Tea Kukicha 100 g Canister
Kukicha is a Japanese green tea made from Gyokura and Senchi petioles, which is classified as a true tea. Kukicha is a popular tea with a grassy, marine flavour and a penetrating greenish infusion. We recommend it especially to those who are new to Japanese teas, as Kukicha does not bitter as quickly as Japanese teas tend to. Due to the small amount of tein, it can be drunk before bedtime, and can also be offered to smaller children. It is also excellent served with ice cream.
Kukicha tea is stored in a container that prevents access to air, light and moisture. The tea in the box remains protected from the elements so that it does not degrade, such as becoming damp, wilted or weathered.

Recommended preparation of tea in a 0.6L teapot: minutes, during taste and, depending on your preference, let it infuse longer or strain
.
Preparation note: the times given are approximate and it is a good idea, for example, to sip some tea after a certain amount of steeping time, taste it, and possibly strain the whole infusion or let it continue to steep. The tea should be to your liking, and if you prefer stronger teas, for example, use more leaves or extend the steeping time. Don't be afraid to experiment with the tea, it's the only way to discover the flavors that suit you best.
