Gifts from Namibia

We support and promote the sale of products from the sheltered workshop Wake Centre, which was set up in the South Namibian town of Keetmanshoop by the humanitarian organization People in Need. The sheltered workshop “Wake Centre” employs people from one of the biggest local slums. Production of needlework, ornaments of beads and ostrich egg shells, dolls and interior decorations enables the poor people of Namibia to make living for themselves and their families.
