Sales of Goods to Slovakia


We will deliver your ordered goods quickly and reliably to Slovakia, all at a very reasonable price in EUR. The facilities of our own wholesale warehouse guarantee immediate availability of the best-selling products and a convenient, fast and cost-effective purchase.

How to proceed

• We send goods to both business partners (B2B) and end customers (B2C)
• Ordering in our e-shops is carried out in the standard way
• the order and invoice will be made in EUR if you switch the currency in the e-shop to EUR before ordering

VAT on sales to Slovakia for business partners
• if you are a new customer and want to shop in our e-shops, you must first register
• if you are VAT registered (your VAT number will be verified in the EU tax number register), you will be invoiced without VAT according to the current EU legislation. If you are not VAT registered, you will be invoiced the final price including VAT
• if your VAT number does not pass the EU tax number register, we will contact you immediately
• all foreign invoicing is in EUR

VAT on sales to Slovakia for end customers
• we invoice the final price including VAT to end customers from the Slovak Republic in EUR

Personal Pick-Up

• if you want to pick up the ordered goods in person at our warehouse in Brno, you can pay in cash (EUR, CZK) or use our credit card terminal (EUR, CZK)

DPD Classic service

• this service is intended for business partners and end customers

Payment method
• In order to improve our services, to shorten the delivery time of shipments abroad and to save your money, we have opened an account in EUR in Slovakia at ČSOB, a.s.
• You can pay the price for the goods by money order or by depositing cash at the counter in the bank branch. End customers can use card payment via internet (how to pay by credit card online)
• we send goods to Slovakia by DPD Classic cash on delivery only to end customers

Payment details for business partners:
• payment for goods should always be made on the basis of the advance invoice, not immediately after the order
• the advance invoice will be sent to you by e-mail within the second working day after receipt of your order and will contain the details necessary for payment (account number, variable symbol, amount, etc.)
• we do not send goods on delivery. Your shipment will be dispatched immediately after payment has been credited to our account.

Shipping method
• our shipments are insured, carefully packed and protected against damage during transport
• shipments to Slovakia are delivered within 48 hours (no guarantee) after receipt by the carrier, so you will not even know that you ordered goods from another country
• your order will be delivered by the courier company Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s.r.o. (DPD)
• at the moment of dispatch we will send you information including the package's delivery number to your email - you can track the shipment in the DPD online system during the transport period

Shipping costs for business partners
• The price for shipping one package is 7,35 € excluding VAT
• the maximum weight of one package is 30 kg
• the shipping price is always charged additionally according to the number of packages
• the transport price is charged for each package separately (e.g. 2 packages = 2 x 7,35 € excluding VAT)
• difficult-to-pack goods (e.g. fragile or bulky goods) may be divided into several packages even if the total weight of the whole consignment does not exceed the maximum transport weight per package indicated by the carrier. In such a case, the transport price is charged separately for each package
• in the case of multiple orders sent to a single delivery address, the goods are packed and shipped cumulatively in as few packages as possible
• the shipment is dispatched after the payment for the advance invoice has been credited to our account


Shipping price for end customers
• the price for shipping one package is 7,37 € including VAT
• the price for the shipping of one package is 1,49 € including VAT
• maximum weight of one package is 30 kg
• the price of transport and delivery time is charged for each package separately (e.g. 2 packages = 2 x 7,37 + 2 x 1,49 € incl. VAT)
• difficult-to-pack goods (e.g. fragile or bulky goods) may be divided into several packages even if the total weight of the whole consignment does not exceed the maximum transport weight per package indicated by the carrier. In such a case, the transport price is charged separately for each package
• you do not pay the shipping price if your order is over 111,-€ including VAT and is shipped in one package. If the shipment is divided into several packages, the shipping price is charged for each package separately from the second package

Zásilkovna Service

• this service is intended exclusively for end customers when the shipment meets the parameters specified by the carrier.

Allowed parameters:
number of packages in the shipment: 1 piece
maximum weight of the consignment: up to 5 kg
maximum value of shipment: up to 700 €
maximum dimensions of the consignment: sum of 3 sides max. 120 cm (e.g. 50x40x30 cm), length of one side max. 70 cm

• if the parcel does not meet the above parameters, it cannot be delivered using the Zásilkovna service. In this case, the shop operator reserves the right to change the delivery method and charge the price of transport according to the valid price list of the alternative service, which is DPD Classic.
• the parcel will be delivered to the dispatch point (Z-point) of your choice, which is located in the network of branches of Zásilkovna
• shipments to Slovakia are delivered after handover within 3 - 7 working days (without guarantee) to the designated dispatch point
• you can track your shipment at http://www.zasielkovna.sk/vyhledavani/
• The addressee is informed about the possibility of picking up the parcel via SMS and e-mail. The addressee receives a total of 2 emails - first when entering the shipment into the system, when he is informed about the method of transport and receives information with a link to track the shipment, and then an email confirming the delivery of the shipment to the drop-off point and containing all the detailed information about the selected drop-off point, including the contact details for customer service. The shipment is stored at the drop-off point for 7 calendar days.


Payment method
• you can pay in person when picking up the parcel directly at the Z-Point Zásilkovna delivery point or pay in advance.

• you can pay the price of the goods by bank transfer order, by depositing cash at the bank counter or by card payment via the Internet (how to pay by credit card online)

Price of transport
• the price for shipping one package is 3,09 € including VAT
• the price for shipping of one package is 1,49 € including VAT
• Goods weighing over 5 kg or difficult to pack goods (e.g. fragile or bulky) are not sent by this method of transport. We will be happy to send the goods to you by DPD. In this case, the terms and conditions and the price for the transport are governed and charged as for transport by DPD.
• You do not pay the shipping price if your order is over € 111,- including VAT.


Important Notice:
Always inspect the shipment properly when you receive the goods. If the packaging is obviously damaged, do not accept the shipment, immediately notify the point of sale operator of the problem and insist on the execution of a Damage Report. If, despite the undamaged packaging, you discover damage to the goods at home, please contact us immediately and within 2 working days of receipt of the parcel.

Transport of Bulky and Oversized Goods

• this service is intended for business partners and end customers
• the maximum weight of the transport unit is individual and is governed by the type of service
• in case of ordering larger quantities of goods or oversized goods (e.g. murra furniture), it is possible to use pallet or individual transport. The price of transport is calculated individually based on the current prices of the carrier and the size of the shipment - we always find the cheapest option for transporting your shipment. The price for the shipment will be quoted in the advance invoice.
• Shipments sent by individual shipment can only be paid in advance, according to the details on the advance invoice. We will ship the shipment after receiving your payment to our account
• when you receive the parcel, always check the condition of the parcel carefully, if the parcel shows any signs of damage or opening, please contact us immediately
