Business Conditions

These are brief rules of trading with the company SHANTI & Co. s.r.o.:

[1.] You can view almost all our offer in the on-line shops. The registered customers with a valid e-mail address will automatically be allowed to access the wholesale section.

[2.] You can order the goods directly in the internet shops, over the phone (on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.), by fax, e-mail, through a sales representative, or personally.

[3.] We send out the ordered good with cash on delivery via express parcel service PPL.

• All the goods in stock are sent out within the next day of order verification.
• If the goods that you require are not in stock, you will be contacted by our sales staff and offered an alternative solution.
• You can pay for the goods in cash (personal collection in Brno and Prague, to the sales representative), by credit card, bank transfer for payment of an advance invoice or cash on delivery. The current shipping price list can be found here.
• PPL courier service guarantees parcel delivery next day after dispatch. With the help of the instrument Shipment Tracking, you will be informed on where your shipment is and when approximately it will be delivered.
• You can also collect the ordered goods personally in our wholesale stores. In such a case choose “personal collection” as a way of delivery. As soon as the goods are ready to collect, you will be informed.

[4.] We will be glad to welcome you to our wholesale stores - in Brno - Zábrdovice (next to the Military Hospital) or in Prague - Vinohrady. In this case we are available to you from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

[5.] If you like, we can hand over your contact information to our sales representative who will visit you directly at your place (only within the CR). Of course, you do not lose the right for other types of trading given below.

[6.] Minimum purchase for the wholesale customers is CZK 1,500 (excluding VAT).

[7.] The way of invoice payment and other possible discounts are decided by a mutual agreement.

[8.] The goods are sold in commercial packs. The supplier reserves the right to change the amount of particular goods if it is stated incorrectly in the order. This point applies mainly to incense sticks, hookah coals, glass pipes, chillums and one-hitters, grommets, mouth tips, screens, cigarette filters and papers, lighters, hemp confectionary and drinks, hookah tobaccos etc...

[9.] You can only return the goods bought from the supplier. The customer is obliged to hand in the goods (personally, by post, via shipping company – not cash on delivery!!) to the supplier in the original packing along with the purchase invoice and is obliged to state the reason of the return. The possible return does not have any influence on customer’s obligation to pay the purchase price. The supplier does not take any responsibility for the damage caused by external events and faulty manipulation.

[10.] The customer should read all terms of our Business Conditions and Regulations for Returns.
